In the field, excavators can easily register an anomalous situation via KLIC-Direct or the Kadaster's KLIC-Viewer. This is shared with the grid operator(s) involved and made visible in the KLIC-WIN Service customer portal. The grid operator will work on it and can reject the report or accept it for further processing and adjustment of the assets. In this way, we work together on improved data reliability and safety during future excavation work.
